ROLE: Asset Sustainability Operations Manager
LOCATION: Devon
SALARY: £54,647 (Increasing to £57,523 after 12 months) + Benefits
HOURS: 40 hours per week – in office visits 1-2 day per month.
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Public Sector client to facilitate the appointment of an Asset Sustainability Operations Manager.
This role will focus on delivering a large-scale social housing retrofit programme, ensuring energy efficiency improvements across the council’s housing stock. The project is at the delivery phase, and additional expertise is needed to ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and funding requirements, as well as to oversee contractors and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Oversee the delivery of retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and funding obligations.
- Work closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure quality and performance targets are met.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including residents, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor budgets, progress, and risks, reporting to senior management as required.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Experience managing social housing retrofit or energy efficiency projects.
- Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, EPC standards, and funding streams (e.g., SHDF, ECO4).
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including contractors and tenants.
- A background in asset management, sustainability, or housing operations.
