Your Mission:
- Oversee compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021, ensuring homes meet the highest safety standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for all things building safety, providing top-tier technical advice.
- Work closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to foster a safety-first culture.
- Conduct inspections, safety risk assessments, and implement key improvements.
- Prepare Building Assessment Certificates (BAC) and safety case reports to ensure full compliance.
- Manage vital safety data for high-risk buildings, keeping everything transparent, accessible, and up to date.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong understanding of building safety legislation and risk management.
- Background in residential building management, construction, or compliance.
- Ability to engage with residents, contractors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Competence in compliance software, risk assessment tools, and detailed report preparation.
- A proactive mindset with a knack for solving complex safety challenges.
