Interim CCTV Operations Manager
Inside IR35 – 6-9 Month Contract

2-3 days in office per week
Panoramic Associates is currently partnering with a Local Authority client in London to appoint an experienced CCTV Operations Manager.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CCTV control room, ensuring that information and data resources meet the needs of the council and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with local stakeholders such as police, solicitors, community suppliers to maintain effective communication and operational support.
- Performance Monitoring: Line manage a team and monitor internal performance to measure and improve output, ensuring high standards of operation.
- Compliance Documentation: Design and create documents and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Incident Management: Lead the CCTV response to critical incidents, managing CCTV operators and ensuring a coordinated and effective approach.
- Community Safety: Ensure that Community Safety is at the forefront of the service and considered.
- Procedural Development: Ensure the development and implementation of operational procedures for the CCTV control room, including systematic monitoring, footage review, and data retrieval.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven experience managing CCTV operations, preferably within a Local Authority or public sector environment.
- Community Safety experience.
- Previous experience of managing a team and demonstrating strong leadership.
- Ability to review current procedures and develop/implement new ones to improve efficiency within the team.
Next Steps:
This is a full-time position offering a day rate inside IR35. You will be required to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
