Job Title: Interim Director of Primary Care Transformation
Rate: DoE (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Arrangement: 3 days per week, Hybrid

Overview:
Panoramic Associates, on behalf of our local authority client, is seeking an Interim Director of Primary Care Transformation. This role is critical in advancing the transition to smarter working across primary care, improving efficiency, communication, and organisational effectiveness following a major restructure within the Borough team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of General Practice with wider Primary Care and Community Care services.
- Collaborate with PCN Clinical Directors, Network management leads, Brent Borough team, and NWL ICB partners to drive change and implement new services.
- Manage and support projects that focus on reducing duplication, enhancing communications, and improving service delivery.
- Facilitate joint working across networks, particularly around Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs).
- Promote a population health approach to tackle health inequalities.
- Ensure the effective integration of Primary Care into system governance and delivery of core requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for PCN managers regarding project delivery and strategic objectives.
Additional Information:
- Candidates should have a strategic understanding of the NHS, experience in project and transformation management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A healthcare management background is preferred but not essential; transferable skills and enthusiasm are highly valued.
- The role requires flexibility, effective time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Evidence of continuing professional development and the ability to travel locally are necessary.
