Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Oxfordshire, UK
Salary: £29,269.00 – £32,076.00 Annually (FTE) – 22 hours/week
Type: Part time on-site
We are seeking a candidate with robust financial expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational prowess. They should aspire to advance in finance, displaying enthusiasm, diligence, and proactivity.
This is for a multi-academy trust, that collaborates to cultivate excellent learning and working environments among pupils across South England.
Experience:
- Coordinate requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice payments while ensuring accurate coding and authorization. Implement best practices and Trust procedures in purchasing and payment processes.
- Maintain up-to-date records on the Trust’s compliance system in collaboration with relevant managers
Qualification:
- Experience with accounting software and a variety of financial processing tasks.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in financial management or equivalent on-the-job training, with a willingness to undergo further formal training as needed.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
