Panoramic is seeking an experienced and passionate Interim Housing Needs Manager to join a flexible Local Authority team in Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the housing needs team and collaborate with partners to deliver effective services for households facing homelessness or in need of social housing.
Position: Interim Housing Needs Manager
Daily Rate: £300.00 per day
IR35: Inside
Location: Leicestershire
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent Housing Needs Service, driving continuous improvement to ensure services are cost-effective and meet customer needs.
- Develop effective strategies to address and meet the housing needs and aspirations of customers, ensuring targets are met, risks managed, and regulatory requirements fulfilled.
- Provide leadership and guidance to managers and staff, fostering a motivated and competent workforce. Ensure access to appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Act as the expert Housing Advisor for the Council, offering professional advice on housing needs and homelessness. Ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations.
- Develop, maintain, and review a comprehensive framework of Standards, Policies, and Procedures reflecting best practices within the housing sector
