Panoramic Associates are working with a local authority in the Midlands in the search for an Information Governance Lawyer to join the client’s team on a contract basis, offering hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client-focused, high-quality, and responsive specialist legal advice, assistance, and representation to the Council on all aspects of Information Governance law.
  • Advise on Data Protection legislation, GDPR compliance, Freedom of Information requests, Data Subject Access Requests, DPIAs, and Information Sharing Agreements.
  • Offer legal advice and operational support to the Data Protection Officer and Information Compliance team.
