Interim Deputy Headteacher- SEN School, Essex

Panoramic Associates is supporting a Special School in Essex, in their recruitment for an interim Deputy Headteacher to join them after the February half term. This contract will run until the Summer term initially, but likely longer. This is on a day rate inside IR35.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Assistant or Deputy Head experience in an SEN/ AP setting

* A deep understanding of SEMH and challenging behaviours

* A specialist in Quality of Education

* Preferrably willing to teach for up to 2 days per week in line with the rest of the SLT

As this role is to add capacity rather than directly replacing someone, the school can be flexible with the specialism of the successful candidate. The role will be starting as quickly as possible, with interveiws taking place w/c 17th or 24th of February. This will preferrably be on-site in Essex.
