Job Title: Interim Registered Manager – Domiciliary Services
Location: South West, UK
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £70,000 per annum
We are working with a leading provider of domiciliary care services in the South West, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Registered Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to make a real impact by overseeing the delivery of their domiciliary care services, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional domiciliary care services.

Maintain compliance with CQC standards, ensuring high-quality care and safety.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management.

Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and improvement plans.

Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to ensure a person-centred approach.

Monitor service performance and address challenges proactively.
About You:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Passionate about delivering high-quality care and driving positive outcomes.

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
