Role: Interim Executive Assistant
Location: North London
Contract Length: 3 – 6 months
Hours: 8-4, Monday to Friday
Panoramic Associates has partnered with an education provider that is on the lookout for an Interim Executive Assistant to join them from September for a 3-6 month contract, paid on a competitive daily rate.
As the Interim Executive Assistant, you will play a key part for the schools, providing support to the CEO, COO and Headteachers. As well as this, you will provide diary management and office support.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for the CEO and COO
- Maintain and manage diaries
- Liaise with school staff, the local authorities and external partners
- Take minutes in meetings
- Maintain confidential files
- Coordinate logistics for events and meetings
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience:
- PA/EA experience
- School experience highly desirable
- If not education experience, LA/NHS/Public Sector experience will be considered
