We have a brand new opportunity for an immediate starting and impactful Interim HR Manager. We’re seeking an experienced professional to elevate a school’s HR processes and contribute to their already fantastic work.
This role will be starting ASAP for a minimum of 3 months, paid on a daily rate!
Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment activities for various roles, streamlining their recruitment processes.
– Employee-Centric Approach: With a fantastic team in place, they are looking for someone to enhance their staff experience.
– MIS System Revamp: Take the lead in setting up efficient systems, overseeing their implementation, and managing day-to-day aspects like absence tracking.

Experience Required:
– CIPD
– HR Manager level or above
– School experience preferred but not essential
