We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Manager to support a Nursing Home in the South-West of England. This role focuses on turnaround management, Continuous improvement and boosting staff morale.

💡 Requirements 💡

– Care management background

– Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulations

– Highly experienced in culture change and change management

– Strong management style/role model for staff
