We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Manager to support their residential service. This role focuses on turnaround management with a potential home closure.

  • Improve staff culture
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is provided (safeguarding, care plans and risk assessments)
  • Lead turnaround efforts
  • Potential home closure
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

💡 Requirements 💡

  • Proven turnaround management experience in care settings.
  • Experience of home closures
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Understanding of safety, safeguarding, and commercial operations.
