Role: Interim Public Health Programme Manager
Logistics: 4-5 days per week
Working arrangement: Fully Remote
Contract Length: 3 months initially
Panoramic Associates are supporting our Local Authority client with the recruitment of a FULLY REMOTE Interim Public Health Programme Manager for an initial three months on a 4-5 day per week basis.
You will be working in the health improvement and prevention division – all age, prevention, wider determinants, physical and mental wellbeing.
A high-level document has been funded into a high priority programme of work therefore a highly experienced programme manager with strategic experience is required to come in and hit the ground running.
Role:
- Developing and cocreating with partners the mental wellbeing programme that sits under the concordat. Under that there will be projects that need to be managed with a programme management approach
- Help achieve high level public health outcome targets
- Line management of one senior public health officer
Requirements:
- Strong programme management experience within the public health team of a local authority
- Community development and co-creation experience – turning objectives to actionable deliverables and bringing communities along
- Used to working independently and self-motivated
- Experienced in wider determinants of health
- Being able to think strategically
- Mental wellbeing/suicide prevention knowledge and experience (desirable)
