Interim School Improvement Partner/ Consultant:
Panoramic is exclusively supporting a group of SEN Schools in the South West, who are looking for a School Improvement Partner. This is to start ASAP and run for an initial 3-month period.
As School Improvement partner you will providing a fresh pair of eyes to the improvement plans currently in place and offering adjustments. You will be supporting the current Head of School in place to ensure there is a quick impact in preparation for Ofsted, focusing on one of the schools initially, but possibly helping a second school further down the line.
The trust can consider applicant with availability from 2-5 days per week, with at least one day per week being on-site in the South West. This role is likely to sit outside of IR35, and will be paid on a day rate. A DBS on the update service is preferrable but not essential. For more information please contact Sophie on 07488 889516.
