Interim Senior Leader- Special School

Panoramic Associates is exclusively partnered with a Special School in London in their search for an interim Senior Leader. This opportunity will be to start ASAP, running until the end of the academic year.

Your role will be to add capacity to the Senior Leadership Team supporting operationally day-to-day, aiding staff to implement the Curriculum and overseeing Teaching and Learning. You will also be required to teach for 5 hours per week and line manage between 2-6 staff.

The school offers a trauma-informed approach to young people with a wide range of SEN. This role will require you to be hands-on, on-site ideally for 5 days per week. Paid on a day rate inside IR35.
