Interim SEN Teaching & Learning Lead- Immediate Start

Contract: Full-Time, Interim (Immediate start until the end of the academic year)
Day Rate: Competitive, based on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Interim Teaching and Learning Lead to join a supportive and nurturing special school in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a real impact in the lives of students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Develop creative, differentiated learning strategies to support students with SEN, ensuring that every student is encouraged and supported to reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists.
- Support the social and emotional development of students, creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Support with Teaching & Learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching within a special school or working with students with SEN.
- Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
- Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
- Availability to start immediately and commit until the end of the academic year.
