We are currently looking for an Interim Turnaround Manager to oversee and support the staff team within a Residential Home for adults with dementia.

💡 Requirements 💡

– Care management background

– Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulations

– Strong management style / role model for staff

– Expert in turnaround scenarios
