LOLER Compliance Manager / Project Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Duration: 3 -6 month contract
As the Lifting Equipment Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with LOLER regulations, and managing all necessary repairs. In addition to managing lifting equipment, you will also handle smaller cyclical contracts, ensuring that all equipment and services meet our stringent safety and performance standard
This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can ensure all lifting equipment meets safety and performance standards while efficiently managing both major and minor cyclical contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service, statutory LOLER checks, and repairs of all lifting equipment, including communal baths, hoists, through-floor lifts, stairlifts, and passenger lifts.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate and manage smaller cyclical contracts related to lifting equipment and other areas as needed.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Provide training and guidance to staff as necessary to ensure understanding and compliance with safety regulations
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing lifting contracts on behalf of a client, demonstrating a strong knowledge of LOLER regulations and statutory compliance requirements. They will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
