Mechanical Technician (Compliance)
Panoramic Associates are working with a Local Authority in the South of England in Mechanical Technician (Compliance), responsible for ensuring compliance in gas and mechanical installations across Council properties. You’ll monitor contractors, inspect sites, and ensure all work aligns with legislation, Council standards, and British compliance regulations.

Type: 12 Months Contract (IR35)
Join our team as a Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor mechanical installations and refurbishment projects.
- Inspect contractor performance and ensure safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records and produce detailed site reports.
- Support compliance across corporate and domestic estates.
- Contribute to compliance-related data management and audits.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- HND in Mechanical Engineering, Heating & Ventilation, or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of gas/mechanical systems.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance or contract management.
- Excellent IT and communication skills.
