Interim Support Manager – Adults Complex Care
We are looking for an experienced Interim Support Manager to join a reputable adults care provider and support their residential care home for adults with complex needs. The service require support across two of their homes, based in Surrey and Kent. To clarify these are two separate roles in either Kent or Surrey.
As the Interim Support Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Registered Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the residents. You will help lead and manage a team of dedicated care staff, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in acomplex care provider
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and turnaround
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
